The ICF is a non-profit organization dedicated to elevating the standards of Italian cuisine in America.<br /><br />This all inclusive course is designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced culinary enthusiasts and will use hands-on instruction to combine several aspects of Italian baking, food and wine pairing.
